Ownership

AIEmailAssistants.com is owned by Inbox Zero Inc., maker of Inbox Zero. Inbox Zero is included in this directory and follows the same evidence requirements as every other product. Its limitations are published alongside its capabilities.

How profiles are produced

• Conclusions follow the published research methodology — never revenue, referral clicks, or vendor relationships.
• Product facts need a current source. Vendor claims remain attributed rather than presented as independent conclusions.
• Unsupported claims, invented numbers, and broad superlatives are not published as facts.
• Outbound clicks are never an editorial input.

Sponsorship

Paid placements, if offered, appear only in a clearly labeled sponsored slot separate from editorial listings. A vendor may never purchase an award, a review, a ranked position, or a change to editorial copy. Paid outbound links are marked as sponsored; ordinary editorial links are not sold.

Submissions and moderation

Vendors can submit or update a listing. Every submission is moderated, and no claim is presented as verified until it is confirmed against current evidence. Submitting does not guarantee inclusion or favorable coverage.

Corrections and freshness

Vendors and readers may flag factual errors. We verify corrections against current documentation and update the review date. Stale claims are rechecked or removed rather than left to drift.
