Its main limitation is a fragmented, fast-changing availability matrix: access differs by personal versus Workspace account, paid plan, country, language, platform, and rollout cohort.

Workspace administrators can restrict Gemini or its Workspace-data access; Gemini cannot access delegated Gmail messages.
