It is best suited to teams standardized on Gmail or Google Workspace that want AI and team workflows without moving to a separate help desk. The central limitation is platform coverage - Outlook is still presented as a waitlist - and official pages currently conflict on whether AI Dispatching starts on Growth or Pro, so that entitlement should be verified before purchase or purchase.
