The full take on NudgeForMe

NudgeForMe is a focused AI follow-up assistant from the Snoooz team. It scans sent mail for conversations that appear to be waiting on someone else, drafts the next follow-up in the user's existing mailbox, and can optionally automate drafting or sending. It fits founders, salespeople, recruiters, consultants, and customer-success users who lose track of outbound open loops, but it is a narrow follow-up utility rather than a full email client or general inbox assistant. The product launched publicly in August 2026, so there is not yet enough independent usage evidence to validate its most important promise: distinguishing genuinely missed follow-ups from conversations that ended naturally.

What NudgeForMe does

Scans sent conversations and related thread context; classifies likely open loops; filters completed conversations, newsletters, obvious no-reply mail, and other noise; creates editable follow-up drafts; supports user-selected cadence and writing instructions; detects replies, out-of-office messages, bounces, and defer-until-later signals before an automated follow-up; optionally creates drafts or sends automatically.

Product type

Mailbox-connected, web-based AI follow-up assistant. It is not a standalone email client or a browser extension; drafts appear on the original thread inside the connected mailbox.

Email and platform support

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, and other IMAP mailboxes. The vendor says Gmail and Outlook have the deepest native thread support.

Plans and cost

Free is $0 for one connected mailbox, 100 follow-up draft credits per month, a 30-day lookback, manual draft creation, and NudgeForMe branding. Pro is $12/month or $96/year for three mailboxes, 1,000 draft credits per month, a longer lookback, automatic draft creation, optional automatic sending, branding removal, custom writing instructions, and prior-attachment inclusion where possible.

Free plan or trial

A permanent free plan is publicly listed. The site also offers a Pro trial through Stripe. The Snoooz homepage advertised 60 days of Pro free with code SNOOOZ when accessed on 2026-08-09; treat that launch promotion as time-sensitive.

What happens to your email data

NudgeForMe says it does not use mailbox data, email content, or drafts to train public foundation models. It stores Gmail and Outlook OAuth tokens and may store encrypted IMAP credentials or app passwords. Its policy says processing can occur in Global or EU regions and lists Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Gemini, Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, notification providers, monitoring tools, payment providers, and connected mailbox providers as possible service providers. The vendor says NudgeForMe uses Snoooz infrastructure and security processes; however, NudgeForMe launched after Snoooz's current SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 audit period and is not yet formally included in that audit scope.

Security certifications and data-handling commitments are attributed to the vendor unless the supporting audit artifact was independently reviewed.

What users are saying

The real product-specific conversation is still launch-stage. The problem is recognizable: people lose track of unanswered outbound threads and want drafts inside the mailbox rather than another task list. The main concern is signal quality: users do not want every inactive thread flagged when many conversations are supposed to end. Current creator coverage focuses on ease of setup, pricing, and potential sales-recovery use cases, not measured accuracy or sustained daily use.

Signal quality

Weak. There is a fresh launch footprint and a small amount of product-specific discussion, but almost no independent, hands-on user evidence yet.

Coverage window

2026-07-10 through 2026-08-09

A maker launch post introduced NudgeForMe on Product Hunt and drew early interest plus a specific concern about false positives when a thread has ended naturally.

This is the clearest recent community discussion, but it is attached to a promotional maker post and is not a long-term user review.

A walkthrough showed the connection and drafting workflow and repeated the public Free and Pro limits.

Useful corroboration of the visible workflow, but the video had only 14 views in the research window and reads more like a promotional tutorial than an independent review.

A second small creator video described NudgeForMe as a way to recover proposals, approvals, invoices, and other awkward follow-ups and repeated the public pricing.

Shows the positioning resonated with creators, but the video had only 9 views and does not validate accuracy or reliability.

Research caveat: The engine returned substantial off-topic content because the brand name collides with generic uses of "nudge" and "for me." X was unavailable, Instagram was partial, and the strongest community thread was posted by the maker. No public changelog, app-store listing, public source repository, or verified official social profile was found.

What to know before choosing NudgeForMe

  • NudgeForMe launched publicly in August 2026. Treat it as an active but very early product until independent user reviews and a maintenance history exist.
  • The central quality question is false-positive control. The vendor describes context-aware filtering, but no independent test measured how often it flags naturally completed threads or misses real open loops.
  • NudgeForMe uses the Snoooz team's audited infrastructure and processes, but the product itself is not formally included in the current SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 audit scope. Do not label NudgeForMe itself certified today.
  • Optional auto-send creates a higher-consequence failure mode than draft-only use. Directory copy should emphasize that draft mode is the default and that users are responsible for supervising automation.
  • The privacy policy permits processing of message content, metadata, tokens, and attachments where features require it. Privacy-sensitive users should review region selection, retention, subprocessors, and IMAP credential handling before connecting a mailbox.
  • The product is narrower than a general AI email assistant. It belongs in a follow-up or sales-productivity category and should not be described as a complete inbox manager.
  • The site has a referral-credit program. No public cash affiliate program or sponsorship relationship was found, but any future referral or commercial relationship must be disclosed editorially.
  • No public changelog, app-store listing, public source repository, verified official X account, or mature independent review corpus was found.
