The full take on Salesforge

Salesforge is a B2B cold-outreach platform, not a general-purpose inbox assistant. It combines campaign sending, mailbox and deliverability controls, per-lead AI email personalization, AI-assisted reply handling in Primebox, and the separately priced Agent Frank autonomous SDR. It is best considered for sales teams and agencies that want email plus LinkedIn sequencing with many senders; mixed 2026 review evidence about bugs, reporting, onboarding, cancellation, and support makes a hands-on trial essential before operational dependence.

What Salesforge does

- Generates a unique initial campaign email per lead from one source or "Overdrive" multi-source data such as the lead's LinkedIn profile and website (1 or 2 personalization credits respectively). - Generates Primebox reply drafts from a knowledge base; the pricing page also lists email sentiment analysis, while a current first-party guide describes Co-Pilot and Auto-Pilot reply modes. - Supports AI message generation in 20 languages explicitly listed on the current pricing FAQ; another current first-party article says 21+ languages, so the directory should avoid a hard count unless rechecked at publication. - Agent Frank can prospect, craft personalized messages, send email, follow up, and book meetings. Co-Pilot asks for review/approval; Auto-Pilot can operate autonomously. - Separately from AI drafting, Salesforge sequences and sends email and LinkedIn steps, rotates mailboxes and IPs, validates addresses, warms mailboxes, and matches sender and recipient email service providers.

Product type

Hosted multichannel sales-engagement and cold-outreach platform with an optional autonomous AI SDR. It sends campaigns; it is not merely an email-writing extension.

Email and platform support

First-party documentation explicitly supports Google/Gmail, Microsoft Outlook and Office 365, and Zoho, plus custom IMAP-SMTP connections subject to fair-use limits. Salesforge also connects mailboxes bought through sibling Forge Stack products such as Mailforge, Infraforge, and Primeforge.

Deliverability and sending safety

First-party pages list unlimited Warmforge warm-up, mailbox and IP rotation, bounce protection, sender-recipient ESP matching, address validation, and sender-capacity controls. These are risk-management tools, not an inbox-placement guarantee. The terms make the customer responsible for lawful content and recipient compliance, permit Salesforge to limit or terminate sending after policy breaches or unusual complaint levels, and state that the service is exclusively professional.

Plans and cost

Current annual-billing view, accessed 2026-08-09: Pro is $40/month billed annually, Growth is $80/month billed annually, and Agent Frank is $499/month billed annually as a separate subscription. The pricing page title advertises "starting at $48/mo," but the crawl did not expose a complete monthly-billing table; validate monthly prices immediately before publishing.

Free plan or trial

No permanent free plan was found. A 14-day trial includes up to 50 contacts, 100 sent emails, 50 email-validation credits, 50 personalization credits, 100 social-action credits, mailbox warm-up, and unlimited mailbox connections. The FAQ says annual subscriptions include two months free.

What happens to your email data

The verified Salesforge Trust Center lists active SOC 2 Type 1 compliance, 25 policies, 137 controls, and 15 subprocessors. The privacy policy says Salesforge does not sell or rent personal data for third-party marketing and describes GDPR rights and safeguards, but the public policy is dated April 13, 2023. The terms say the service accesses connected email accounts to send messages and check replies, and can use imported-address validity/deliverability status to improve internal validation. Agent Frank uses first-party company information and files supplied during setup.

Security certifications and data-handling commitments are attributed to the vendor unless the supporting audit artifact was independently reviewed.

What users are saying

The named-product signal was too sparse for a defensible fresh sentiment conclusion. One Salesforge-owned YouTube video from July 30 argued for simpler cold-email sequences. Broad community discussion emphasized using AI for prospect research and drafting while remaining skeptical of vague automation claims, but those threads were not specific enough to Salesforge to attribute to the product.

Signal quality

Weak for independent named-product sentiment; moderate for current product activity when combined with a July 23 validated G2 review and current first-party releases.

Coverage window

2026-07-10 to 2026-08-09

A validated current Salesforge reviewer praised templates, campaign structure, integrated warm-up, setup, and fast chat responses

Fresh evidence that the product is active and that its combined workflow appeals to at least one current user

G2's review set praises deliverability control, AI personalization, ease of use, and setup, but also includes a detailed 0.5/5 report of sequencer bugs, broken integrations, and limited visibility

Strong mixed signal from identity-validated reviewers; editorial copy should not flatten it into an aggregate rating

Trustpilot shows sharply mixed 2026 feedback, including June/July complaints about technical issues, follow-up logic, cancellation/refunds, and support; Salesforge publicly said it released a prioritization fix on June 16

Concrete operational risk plus evidence that the vendor responds and ships fixes; Trustpilot reviews are not all verified purchases

A July 2026 independent review describes the product as young and fast-moving, with deliverability and support among the most-praised areas

Research caveat: X did not return posts because authenticated X access was unavailable at run time. TikTok was partial after 25 items because the requested @salesforgeai profile lookup returned 404; most TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and GitHub results were generic or off-entity and must not be used as Salesforge endorsements. Hacker News and Polymarket returned no relevant items.

What to know before choosing Salesforge

  • Category boundary: Salesforge belongs under sales-email-agent. Publishing it in a consumer/general AI email-assistant list without a clear "sales outreach" label would mislead readers.
  • Reliability is contested: Detailed 2026 G2 and Trustpilot complaints cover bugs, follow-up sequencing, CRM/webhook behavior, reporting, cancellation, refunds, and support. Positive reviews exist too. A short trial should test the exact mailbox, CRM, sequence-editing, reporting, and cancellation workflow the buyer needs.
  • AI value is not independently established: First-party capability documentation is strong, but a March 2026 Trustpilot reviewer said personalization was barely noticeable and had a repetitive CTA. Do not claim human-level copy or superior reply rates without audited evidence.
  • Deliverability language requires restraint: Warm-up, rotation, ESP matching, and validation reduce operational risk but cannot guarantee primary-inbox placement. Vendor case-study reply and inbox-placement numbers are not generalizable benchmarks.
  • Compliance burden remains with the sender: The platform is designed for cold outreach. Users need a lawful basis, suppression/unsubscribe handling, truthful sender identity/content, and compliance with each recipient jurisdiction. The public terms say recipients generally must have specifically asked to receive emails and allow limits/termination after complaints, which may conflict with how some customers understand B2B cold outreach.
  • Connected-account access is material: The service accesses connected email accounts to send and check replies. Security review should cover OAuth scopes, subprocessor access, retention, deletion, DPA terms, and incident handling before production rollout.
  • Stale legal copy: The privacy policy is dated April 2023 and the terms June 2024 despite rapid product expansion into LinkedIn automation, MCP/CLI, Primebox AI, and autonomous agents. Recheck the DPA and Trust Center during procurement.
  • Pricing is modular: Salesforge, Agent Frank, lead data, and mailbox/domain infrastructure can be separate subscriptions. Do not present the $40 annual Pro price as the cost of an end-to-end autonomous outbound stack.
  • Affiliate conflict: Salesforge offers 15% recurring commission across Forge products. Any referral relationship, free access, sponsorship, or ownership link must be disclosed and kept separate from editorial ranking criteria.
  • No public official GitHub repository found: Do not label Salesforge open source or infer maintenance from unrelated GitHub search results.
